At JOLIT, we are committed to delivering carefully curated pieces of the highest quality. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to submit a return request. All returned items must meet the conditions outlined below to be accepted.
To initiate a return, please contact our team or use our return portal. Kindly include your order number and reason for return.
Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. We recommend handling items with care until you are certain you wish to keep them.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be unworn, unused, and in pristine condition.
• Have all original tags and packaging intact.
• Not be altered, customized, or damaged.
• Be free of any odors or signs of wear.
• Be returned within the 14-day period.
• Include proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Worn or used items
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Customized or altered items
• Sale items or items marked as non-returnable
• Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. underwear, swimwear) if the seal is broken
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item or size, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
